All domestic deliveries are shipped UPS Ground with the exception of our hand made jewelry, which will be shipped USPS. All international deliveries will be shipped USPS. Shipping rate is a flat $14.99 regardless of the total merchandise purchased for all domestic deliveries. Please email us customerservice@weddingtreasurechest.com for a quote on international deliveries as shipping rates will vary.
We generally ship most items within 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, the production time is closer to 7 business days. All engraved/personalized items require an additional 2 days in production (some with higher production times). Those with higher production times indicate the additional days in the description of the product. Shipping transit times can add between 2 - 5 days, depending on the location of the customer's shipping address.
Backorder Policy
We do our best to keep inventory stocked appropriately. But occasionally, items are on back order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued, we will notify you promptly. You will be given the option to cancel the order, amend the order or wait for the back ordered item.
Shipping charges will apply to back orders.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for credit or a refund within 30 days. If you request a refund, it will be issued less a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying freight charges on all items returned through no fault of our company.
Damaged Goods Policy
Our merchandise is fully guaranteed. If an item is damaged or broken, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to receive either a credit or a refund. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue you a credit or a refund.
