Q. How long before I receive my product? A. We generally ship most items within 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, the production time is closer to 7 business days. All engraved/personalized items require an additional 2 days in production (some with higher production times). Those with higher production times indicate the additional days in the description of the product. Shipping transit times can add between 2 - 5 days, depending on the location of the customer's shipping address.
Q. Do you accept "Rush Orders"? A. Rush orders are accepted for a fee of $3.50. Rush orders generally can ship within 2 to 5 days.
Q. If I need to order a large quantity of an item, is there a volume discount? A. Yes; however, the customer must contact us to complete the order. No online orders will be accepted for volume discounts because each item has a different volume discount formula. There is no standard discount percentage.
Q. Do you offer "International Shipping"? A. Yes - International Shipping is available contingent upon the country being in an allowed delivery service area. Custom and duty fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. International customers, please contact us via email and we will handle your inquiries to determine shipping costs and transit times to your country on a "per order" basis.
